Having qualified in 1990, I have been advising clients as a partner in practice since 1995. Iʼm equally at home providing tax advice to an individual or transaction support to a large owner-managed business. My technical knowledge covering a range of business sectors is bolstered by the practical experience of running a business of my own.
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with friends at museums, galleries and the cinema, with The Proms and The London Film Festival being annual highlights. I also enjoy regular walks around Londonʼs parks, with Richmond Park being my favourite and most convenient.
Iʼm a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Director at Porter Garland. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and have since built over two decades of experience in advising a broad and diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong, long-term relationships, giving me deep insight into multiple business sectors, including property, consultancy/freelancers, retail, and manufacturing. I believe in ʻnurturing your growthʼ and Iʼm passionate about supporting my clients as if their business was my own.
Away from the office, I value family life highly. I enjoy walking, gardening, dining out, swimming, and holidaying with my wife and daughter.
I joined Porter Garland in June 2018 as a Senior Client Manager, bringing broad experience across accounting and taxation for both corporate and non-corporate clients. I qualified as an ACCA member in 2018 and became a Fellow in 2023. I work closely with the directors to support owner-managed businesses and personal tax clients, delivering clear, practical advice. Building strong client relationships is at the heart of my role, and I enjoy helping clients navigate their accountancy and tax matters with confidence.
My accountancy career began in 1994, giving me more than three decades of experience supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. I joined Porter Garland in 2004, qualifying as an ACCA member in 2005 and becoming a Fellow in 2010. As a Senior Client Manager, I pride myself on building strong, long-term client relationships. I work closely with corporate clients on management accounts, statutory accounts, and taxation, while also supporting sole traders and partnerships with annual accounts and Self-Assessment tax returns, providing clear, reliable advice they can trust.
