Accounts Assistant
Athena has worked in the global IT resale sector for over 7 years alongside a part-time bookkeeping role in the Bracknell area. In an aim to pursue a full-time career in finance and accounting, she started as a trainee accountant in a Reading-based practice specialising in services for contractors and PSC’s in 2019 and started studying AAT. Looking to further broaden her knowledge and experience within the accounting sector she joined Porter Garland in November 2021.
In her role as an accounts assistant, she is responsible for personal and corporation tax returns and preparing statutory accounts for various clients.
In her free time, she enjoys socialising with her friends and family.
